Please download, print, fill-up the Membership application form and bring the form along to any of our SKY Centres.

MEMBERSHIP

Application for the appropriate membership should be made on prescribed forms and accompanied by the appropriate subscription.
All information should be provided as request in the Membership application form.
Each member shall forward an Administration Fee and 1st year Annual Subscription.
The Society must be informed of any change in address, contact phone, etc.
All application is subject to the approval by the Executive Committee of the Society.
Types of Membership and Details of Fees:

ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP (Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident)
Senior Member 18 years, of age and above	S$5.00	S$24.00
Junior Member below 18 years, but not below 14 years of age	NIL	S$12.00
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (Non-Citizen/Non-Resident of Singapore)
Senior Member 18 years of age and above	S$5.00	S$24.00
Junior Member below 18 years, but not below 14 years of age	NIL	S$12.00
RETIREE (55 years old and above)
Senior Ordinary & Associate Members	S$2.50	S$12.00
CHILD MEMBER
All Children of Members below the age of 14 years. Parents must extend written consent.	NIL	NIL
LIFE MEMBERSHIP
Ordinary, Associate & Retiree Members	NIL	S$150.00 (one-time payment only)

The above fees are meant only for membership of the Society.

Fees for Initiation in Kundalini Yoga, Kaya Kalpa and All other Higher form of Yoga Practices shall be subject to Article 4.3 of the Society Constitution.

It shall be the responsibility of the member to pay up their annual subscription without demand.

All Cheques must be crossed and made payable to "SIMPLIFIED KUNDALANI YOGA SOCIETY".
